Gujarati Samaj of Baltimore sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience and challenges faced by both our valued Members and Non-Members over the past two weeks due to the limitations we encountered during our Navratri Raas-Garba programs at Meadowbrook Athletic Complex.
To better facilitate your participation, we kindly request our members to acquire their tickets from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, accompanied by a valid ID (please note that your Driver's License should match your member's home address). It's essential to note that, by arriving before 8:00 PM, each member can obtain a maximum of 6 tickets. After 8:00 PM, we regret to inform
you that we cannot guarantee ticket availability or entry to the Navratri programs, as we experienced an unexpectedly high turnout that exceeded the facility's capacity of 1200 persons.
We are obligated to adhere to Howard County's rules and regulations, as directed by the park police and the fire marshal, which require strict compliance with building capacity codes. For Non-Members, a limited number of tickets are still available, but ticket sales will cease once the capacity limit is reached. We strongly encourage you to consider becoming a Life Member of GSB for ongoing benefits and support.
